Archos 97 Carbon, new Tablet Android 4.0
While Google has recently announced its tablet Nexus 7 , it is the turn of Archos officially launch this month of July as its new Archos 97 Carbon, a touch pad on Android 4.0. As its name suggests, this tablet Archos will be equipped with a wide screen IPS 9.7 "(1024 x 768 pixels) and animated by an ARM Cortex A8, 1 GHz and backed by 1GB of RAM. A power actually quite relative when you know that Google has the tablet on its side of a screen displaying 1280 x 800 pixels and an Nvidia Tegra processor 3.
However, the Archos tablet Carbon 97 will receive a welcome support for some video codecs including MKV (not management of DTS or AC3, however). A mini HDMI output is also present, as a back-end 2 megapixel sensor (0.3 megapixel sensor for the front), plus a 16 GB internal memory, expandable via microSDHC card. Connectivity side, if WiFi is indeed the party, the Archos tablet ignores the Bluetooth.
